We ship to most regions in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Standard delivery takes 7–21 business days (varies by location and item size). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Most of our furniture comes with easy-to-follow assembly guides. For large items (like sofas or beds), optional white-glove delivery is available, which includes assembly and packaging removal.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue, your order number, and packaging details. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. Return shipping fees may apply, and items must be in original condition.
