1. Order Marked Delivered But Not Received
If your order shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please act within 24 hours:
Double-check your shipping address
Look around your delivery spot, and ask family/neighbors if they signed for it
Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for help
If still not received after 24 hours, email us at support@ZynaraMaison.com with your order number.
2. Received a Damaged/Defective Item
Note “damaged” when signing for freight deliveries, and check your item immediately
Keep all original packaging
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos showing the damage, product, packaging, and outer labels
All product issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery, or after-sales support may be affected
Unauthorized third-party repair fees are not covered
3. Delivery Date Estimate
Pre-order: Check estimated delivery on each product page
After order: View status in your account
We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
Delivery usually does not include weekends or public holidays
Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed, but estimates update in real time
For large freight items, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
4. How to Track Your Package
After shipping, we will send a tracking number via email. You may also:
Click the member button on our homepage
Enter your order number and email
Select “Track Order” to view delivery details
Note: Orders may arrive in multiple packages, each with a separate tracking number.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and major European countries (Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic).
6. Serious Shipping Delay
Contact both the carrier and our support team to investigate. If the package is lost or severely delayed, we will offer a replacement or full refund per your request.
7. Shipping Restrictions
US: Only the 48 contiguous states + Washington DC
Canada: Most areas (check via ZIP code on product pages)
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders
One order can only be shipped to one address; separate orders are needed for multiple addresses
8. Shipping Carriers & Processing Time
We work with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS and freight services.
Orders fulfilled from Canada: Processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Orders fulfilled from the US: Longer delivery time applies
